The unique new design of Binks Down Under Pyramid Spray Booth provides advantages not obtainable from other spray booths.
By removing the gable panels and tilting the side panels inward, the booth is transformed into a PYRAMID that is less costly to install and has superior air movement.
With fewer parts, and a considerable number of standard panels being used, the Down Under Pyramid booth has a lower initial cost.
Using fewer parts means less handling and faster installation are possible.
Eliminating the gable panels allows for a better air flow because there are no more pockets to create air swirl. |
Binks brings the downdraft principle, the most efficient method of removing overspray without depositing it on the wet paint, one step further by filtering the incoming air through the PYRAMID's entire ceiling. The air is then drawn over the vehicle, through the floor grate, filtered, and exhausted via the floor pit. The special non-fire supporting Andreae filter exhaust medium used in the Down Under PYRAMID Spray Booth, an exclusive of Binks, provides a highly efficient filter which lasts five times longer than normal pad filters. |
